All around Chott El Jerid, desert is a pure enchantment for your eyes and your spirit. Even if you don't relax your mind there, you will find all kinds of Sahara desert, naturally starting with the symbol of it, these never ending soft and light yellow sand dunes.

The chott itself is a large territory of dried salted lake, where salt cristals are drawing huge white rays on the crackled brown sand. An elevated road, recently renewed, crosses it right through, and it is also easy to drive with a 4WD to the center of it, along the water. Famous mirages will never miss your meeting point !

Among tens of oasis, the " Nefta basket " is one of the nicest and largest palm trees field, where vegetables are cultivated around palm trees trunks. For your style accessories, no one will prevent you from using the craft furniture made of palm wood.

Coming along Algerian border, you will find some gorgeous moutain oasis, with waterfalls, canyons, and incredible steep slopes. 

The so-called " dune roots " are also a most appreciated location for shootings : these sand concretions are so sweet and soft...
